In this project we are interested in the parallelization of state-of-the-art algorithms in bioinformatics. Among these algorithms we are interested in the following algorithms: Smith-waterman for local alignment of their DNA sequences.
Application that integrates image processig algorithms.
The objective of this work is to implement an index structure to accelerate the search for patterns, repetitions,...etc in a text and to analyze the spatial complexity of the data structures used and the temporal complexity of the processing.
Aplication that integrate all machine learning algorithms (clustering, classification, regression, deep learning).
